Themed, "Making Rugby the First Choice for Young Athletes", USA Rugby's 2nd Youth Conference on the Game was held November 30 - December 2, 2007 in San Diego, Conference attendees included youth leaders, members of USA Rugby's staff and Board of Directors and was led by Age Grade Development Manager, Pete Steinberg.
